Deviled Eggs Recipe

Need to bring an appetizer to a party this January during your Whole30 challenge? Check out this easy recipe for deviled eggs, whole30 approved!

Deviled Eggs

WHOLE 30 DEVILED EGGS (2 serving size)

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard (Make your own or choose a Whole 30 approved kind, like "Annies Dijon Mustard")
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Sprinkle of Paprika powder

DIRECTIONS

To make boiling easy, place the egg(s) into the pot and make sure the water covers the egg entirely. Set heat on high. Set a timer for 20 minutes. Once the timer goes off, turn off the heat.

Drain the water from the pot and let the eggs side for 2-5 minutes until they can be easily managed.  Carefully peel the eggs and cut each of them in half.

Carefully spoon the hardened yolk into a bowl. Add the salt, pepper and dijon mustard and mix. Put the mixture back into the center of each egg. Sprinkle the top of each with paprika powder. Serve & Enjoy!!
